Terms and Conditions – Rising Stars Holiday Camp

Company Name: Rising Stars Holiday Camp (“Rising Stars”, “we”, “our”, or “us”)

By enrolling in, attending, or participating in any classes, activities, events, workshops, camps, or programmes operated by Rising Stars, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Membership and Registration

1.1 All participants must complete the required registration forms before attending sessions.

1.2 Parents or guardians must register participants under the age of 18 and accept these Terms and Conditions on their behalf.

1.3 Rising Stars reserves the right to refuse or cancel membership or participation at its discretion where behaviour, conduct, or non-compliance with policies is deemed inappropriate.

2. Fees and Payments

2.1 All fees must be paid in full by the stated payment due dates.

2.2 Spaces in classes or programmes are only secured once payment has been received.

2.3 Failure to make payment may result in suspension or removal from classes or activities.

2.4 Any additional costs for uniforms, costumes, competitions, trips, examinations, or events will be communicated separately and must be paid by the specified deadline.

3. Strict No Refund Policy

3.1 All payments made to Rising Stars are non-refundable under any circumstances.

3.2 This includes, but is not limited to:

• Missed classes or sessions
• Illness or injury
• Holidays or personal commitments
• Withdrawal from classes or programmes
• Behavioural removal or suspension
• Event cancellations outside of our control
• Changes to coaches, instructors, venues, or schedules

3.3 No refunds, credits, transfers, or exchanges will be provided once payment has been made.

3.4 In exceptional circumstances where Rising Stars cancels a programme entirely and no suitable alternative is offered, we reserve the right to determine whether a credit or alternative arrangement may be provided at our sole discretion.

4. Attendance and Participation

4.1 Participants are expected to arrive on time and behave respectfully towards staff, coaches, instructors, and fellow participants.

4.2 Repeated disruptive, unsafe, abusive, or inappropriate behaviour may result in immediate removal from activities without refund.

4.3 Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring participants are collected promptly at the end of sessions where applicable.

5. Health and Safety

5.1 Participants take part in physical activities at their own risk.

5.2 Parents/guardians must disclose any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or additional support needs before participation.

5.3 Rising Stars may administer basic first aid where necessary and seek emergency medical treatment if required.

5.4 While all reasonable precautions are taken, Rising Stars accepts no liability for injuries, accidents, loss, or damage sustained during participation except where required by law.

6. Photography and Media Consent

6.1 Rising Stars may take photographs or videos during sessions, events, or performances for promotional, marketing, training, or social media purposes.

6.2 By participating, you consent to such use unless written notice is provided in advance requesting exclusion.

7. Changes to Timetable or Services

7.1 Rising Stars reserves the right to:

• Change class times, venues, instructors, or programmes
• Combine or cancel classes where necessary
• Modify activities due to operational, safety, or staffing requirements

7.2 Such changes shall not entitle participants to refunds or compensation.

8. Personal Property

8.1 Participants are responsible for their own belongings.

8.2 Rising Stars accepts no responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

9. Data Protection

9.1 Personal information will be collected and processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws and used solely for administration, safeguarding, communication, and operational purposes.

10. Governing Law

10.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

10.2 Any disputes arising in relation to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. Acceptance of Terms

By registering with or participating in Rising Stars Sports & Dance Club, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
